Viaje de la Claudia. Claudia's Trip

Ayer, Claudia tomó un avión para volver a Chile por un rato. Salió desde el aeropuerto en San Jose. Nosostros fuimos en el tren y el Ken volvió por tren en la tarde. Es un viaje largo desde California hasta Chile. Son más o menos 15 horas en avión más las escalas.

Yesterday, Claudia took a trip back to Chile to spend some time with her family. She left from the San Jose airport. We took the train to get there and Ken came back on the train as well. It's a very long trip from California to Chile. It's about 15 hours flying time plus the layovers.

Aquí en California, no hay muchas novedades. Yo(Ken) tengo todos mis examenes de la mitad del semestre la próxima semana. Hasta ahora, me ha ido bien y no me hace falta tiempo para terminar de hacer mis tareas y estudiar. Es medio fome aquí con todos los estudios y sin la Claudia. Por lo menos para mí el tiempo va a pasar volando y pronto va a ser el día de gracias(pavo), la semana de los examenes finales, y navidad. La única novedad es que llegar algunas cosas para la casa pero voy a revisar que están bien no más, no voy a usarlos.

Here in California, there's not too much going on. I(Ken) have all of my midterm exams next week. Up until now, I've been fine and I should have enough time to finish all of my work and study as well. Es kind of boring here with all of the work and without Claudia. At least for me, time is flying by and soon it will be Thanksgiving, finals, and Christmas. The only news is that some of our stuff for the house arrived in the mail but I'm only going to check that it's all here for now and I'm not going to use it yet.
